High Power Variable Attenuator

High Power Variable Attenuator is a combination of one or two thin film polarization Beamsplitter plate and a zero order half waveplate made of crystal quartz. High Power Variable Attenuator is used to continuously vary the transmitted intensity of a linearly polarized beam by rotating the waveplate, which can achieve attenuation range from 0.25% to 99%. Two working mode is available, transmission mode and reflection mode. It is widely used to adjust power output in high power applications.
