Description

The Dhyana XF is a series of fully in-vacuum, high-speed, cooled sCMOS cameras that utilize various back-illuminated sensors without anti-reflection coating for soft X-ray and EUV direct detection. With a high-vacuum-seal design and vacuum-compatible materials, these cameras are well-suited for UHV applications.

Rotatable Flange DesignDhyana XF Rotatable Flange Design

The rotatable flange design offered by the Dhyana XF delivers flexibility to align sCMOS x-axis to the image or spectral axis; zero pixel starting point is marked on the camera as well. What’s more, customization of the flange and sensor position is possible.

 

 

 

Soft X-ray Energy SensitivityDhyana XF Soft X ray Energy Sensitivity

New generation back-illuminated sCMOS sensors without antireflective coating extend the camera capability to detect vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) light, extreme ultraviolet (EUV) light, and soft x-ray photons with quantum efficiency approaching 100%. In addition, the sensor demonstrates excellent resistance to radiation damage in soft X-ray detection applications.

Compared with conventional CCD cameras used in this market, the new sCMOS provides more than 10x higher readout speed via a high-speed data interface, which means saving much more time during image acquisition.
