The Libra 5514 Pro is the industry’s first high-speed global shutter scientific camera, featuring a back-illuminated global shutter sensor with a peak quantum efficiency of up to 83%. With a 5.5 µm pixel size, it delivers outstanding sensitivity. Equipped with a 100G CoaXPress-over-Fiber (CoF) high-speed interface, the camera supports transmission at 670 fps with 8-bit depth. Its compact, low-vibration design makes it an ideal choice for high-throughput scientific imaging applications.

The Libra 5514 combines a BSI sCMOS sensor with global shutter architecture, achieving up to 83% peak quantum efficiency and <2 e⁻ read noise, enabling low-light, high-speed imaging without motion distortion. This makes it ideal for applications like live-cell imaging, voltage imaging, and other signal-critical measurements.

Equipped with a 30.5 mm diagonal sensor, the Libra 5514 covers a significantly larger imaging area compared to typical camera formats.
